Privacy Policy
Privacy and the National Privacy Principles
Maxx Operational Management Pty Ltd ("MAXX") is committed to protecting personal information and is bound to comply with the National Privacy Principles (NPPs) set out in the Commonwealth Privacy Act and administered by the Federal Privacy Commissioner.
The NPPs regulate the way that organisations can collect, use, and keep, secure and disclose personal information. They also give individuals the right to know what information an organisation holds about them and a right to correct that information if it is wrong.
Why does MAXX need personal information?
MAXXs business involves the implementation of organisational change. As part of carrying out its business activities, MAXX sometimes requests certain personal information. This is usually limited to information we need to identify and contact individuals within a client organisation, such as names, business phone numbers and e-mail addresses.
Because MAXX appreciates the importance of privacy, it only requests personal information that it believes is necessary in order to perform the services it has been retained to perform.
If all or part of the personal information requested is not provided, this may make it more difficult for Maxx to perform the required services.
What information will MAXX disclose to others?
MAXX regards any personal information it collects as confidential. It will generally not disclose personal information to any third parties, other than to the organisation for which MAXX is working at the time.
There may be exceptional circumstances in which Maxx will disclose personal information, such as when there are grounds to believe that the disclosure is necessary to prevent a threat to life or health or as the result of a court order.
How can personal information be accessed?
If MAXX holds personal information about a person, that person is entitled to access such information and may be entitled to amend that information if it is incorrect.

An individual may, on request, obtain more information about the way MAXX manages the personal information it holds.
