How MAXX operates

MAXX works with clients using proven systems, processes, approaches and expertise to bring about results in the form of measurable and sustainable business improvement.

  • You advise us of your concerns and desired outcomes. 

  • We conduct a detailed review of your business to ascertain how it operates � its strengths and weaknesses. We work at the operational level, gathering information first-hand.  

  • We report to you as to the result of the review. We make recommendations as to the changes that should be made, advise as to the likely cost and tell you the results that you may expect. 

  • Working with your staff, we implement the changes you require.

We will work with your organisation for as long as you require, but we do not ask you to commit to any long, fixed-period contracts. Rather, our usual practice is to work and bill on a week-to-week basis. We are confident that once we start to implement change, the results will speak for themselves and you will want us to complete the job  but if not, you remain free to stop a project or put it on hold.
